Antonio Hernandez was very professional very quick response. had a water leak from the water heater from the garage that leaked to the laundry room and to the kitchen.great job he did. Highly recommend.

Had water leaking into ceiling from busted AC Pan. Rescon contacted me within minutes of speaking to my insurance company, ready to schedule a time. Came on time the following morning, very professional and informative about the process and intended results. We are impressed by your company, and in particular, we are very impressed by one of your employees. Dustin Ketchem came to our home to help us with water mitigation from a broken sewer pipe under our home that created havoc for us. While we were frantic, Dustin was calm, thoughtful, and clearly capable. He contacted us ahead of the appointed time, properly assessed the water damage, set fans in place, and otherwise took good care of the damage. We can see why USAA recommended RESCON by the example that Dustin Ketchem set before us. We know we are in good hands.

I would highly recommend Rescon that has any water damage. I had what I consider a lot. They were very good about explaining everything they would be doing and following through. Ron was there to make sure everything was done perfectly. He and Joey both made this experience very pleasant. They were very professional and at the same time took the stress away. Water heater leaked water into the small bedroom (carpeted), the hallway, the kitchen and the living room (carpeted). The water mitigation was done quickly and thoroughly. The repair; new carpet, new baseboards, new wallboard, patching, paint prep, painting and clean up took a bit longer due to scheduling and not enough carpet sent by the carpet company. Although this happened, RESCON completed the project as quickly as possible keeping us informed every step of the way. The end result was outstanding. The carpet was really great looking and the painting and repair followed suit. Extremely happy with the result. Great company to do business with. Thanks Ronald.

It’s never fun to find major water damage at your house. However, Matt at Recon Restoration and construction helped make our experience an extremely pleasant one. He talked us through what was happening, spoke with our insurance adjuster and handled everything quickly. They were very responsive, professional and efficient.We we very pleased with Recon and will continue to use them in the future for our needs. Thanks Matt!

Matt and Dustin responded quickly after our water heater flooded the guest bedroom and home storage area. They were efficiently prevented further damage to our home and belongings.
